| Описание вакансии: Conditions of work: - Salary USD 1500 – 3000 per month (initial for negotiation during the interview) + system of bonuses; - Annual salary correction depending on achieved results; - Medical insurance; - Paid cell phone; - Paid transport expenses; - Paid seminars and training programs; - Full time; - Perspective of career and professional growth in a leading international company; - Highest standards of corporate culture; - Office in the center of Kyiv (Ukraine) in modern business center. Requirements: - Higher education (Law); - Profound knowledge and considerable experience in financial, banking and corporate law; - Fluent English is a must; - Work experience in field of banking and finance. Responsibilities: - Acting for the leading corporate, investment and commercial banks across many jurisdictions, including major leading banks from England, France, Germany, and USA; - Advising on international finance, including lending and acquisition finance, asset and commodity finance, trade and corporate finance, pre-export finance, project finance, syndications; - Negotiations with potential and existing partners/investors; - Reviewing of contracts; - Advising regulatory authorities such as the government of Ukraine and government agencies and supra national bodies.
